Corrections

A correction is any change to a published figure, definition, or conclusion that would have altered a reader's decision. Formatting, wording, and new content are not corrections and are not logged here.

Report an error through the contact page with the page URL and the figure in question. We aim to acknowledge within two business days. Material errors are corrected immediately on discovery, with a dated entry below; the superseded observation stays in the underlying series so past values remain reconstructable.

Correction log

  1. · Sitewide

Introduced provenance labelling. Cap-rate seeds, average deal sizes, and lender counts are now explicitly labelled as baseline seeds or census observations rather than presented alongside observed benchmark rates without distinction.

  2. · Sitemaps

Removed build-time lastmod values that were not page-specific. Entries now carry a lastmod only where a real page-level update timestamp exists.
